From Anna Maria: As someone who attaches narrative to almost every creative endeavor, it is natural for me to be inspired by folkloric forms, as well as vintage book illustrations. In designing Allegory, I worked with a few favorite pieces from the past that were worth another look. I combined those with new bouquets, floral hearts, houses and even penning my own allegories. These prints can occupy both sophisticated and playful projects for makers of any age.
