My Good Gracious collection was named because of both the exclamation at the sight of beauty and for a little play on words after having such good and gracious experiences in the UK during the summer of 2022. The fabric designs were almost exclusively inspired by the sketches and photographs made as I travelled from Northern Scotland to Southeast England with my fianc (now husband). A walk in the New Forest and a magical interlude with a herd of wild horses is a pictorial detailing of unforgettable moments. A guided tour of my new sister-in-law Beatas home garden was a moment of graciousness and welcoming that I will never forget. Castle views, long walks, graceful swans, village escapades, wildflower explorations, and a Fair Isle sweater souvenir all floated to the top of my cherished memories of this beautiful chapter in my life.
