A stretch cotton velvet in deep onyx black – with a hint of lycra, this interfaced, beautifully plush, mid-weight velvet is perfect for pants, holiday decor, needlepoint backing, or full skirts. Iron on the wrong side of the fabric and with the nap, or verso del pelo. A needle board can be utilized. Made in Italy. 93% cotton and 7% lycra. 52″ wide.
