Description
The woolen yarn of Polaris is a blend of Australian merino and lamb wool. In order to increase the yarns stability, nylon is added to it and the new material is spun into a soft, fine yarn (19 microns). In the complicated finishing process, the fabric is pressure-washed to pre-shrink it, then dried, distressed, singed, calendered and stabilized.
