Speckled fabric by Ruby Star Society designer Rashida Coleman Hale features a paint splatter texture layered over a rich, solid-dyed Ruby Star cotton base, resulting in a deep, dimensional print. Many of the Ruby Star speckled fabrics include metallic accents in gold or copper, though some select styles are without metallic elements.
